U.S. Bottlers Machinery Co.US Bottlers Customer Portal
A customer portal, machine audit history and a trade show hub for a 120-year-old Charlotte machinery maker.

U.S. Bottlers Machinery Co. has designed, built and tested custom packaging machinery in Charlotte, North Carolina since 1906. Their rotary cleaning, filling and capping lines run in plants across food, beverage, pharmaceutical, chemical and cosmetic work. Every machine ships with paperwork its owners need for years: manuals, parts lists and service records. We built the customer portal where those files live, and we are US Bottlers' web management partner.
The Portal
We built the customer portal on the US Bottlers website. Each customer company has its plants, and each plant has its machines. A customer logs in and sees a table of their own machines, with a manual, a parts list and any extra documents for each one. Technicians see every plant. Customers see only their own.
Because we built it, we know this system down to the field level, and we extend it with care. Any new feature has to respect the same rule: the right file, for the right customer, and nobody else.
Machine Audit History
US Bottlers offers machine audits that spot problems before they turn into downtime. We gave those audits a home in the portal. We added a "View Audits" button to each machine on the dashboard. It opens a page that lists every audit for that machine, newest first, with the date, the machine name and a PDF to download.
Staff add an audit in WordPress the same way they already add documents, one row per audit, in a minute or two. We tested every step on a staging copy of the site before handing it over, including the most important one: a customer trying to open another customer's machine gets turned away. We also wrote a plain step-by-step guide for the staff who upload the files. Machine Audit History is now live for customers.
Pack Expo 2026
For Pack Expo 2026 in Chicago, we built a resource center page for the booth: equipment, machine audits, preventive maintenance, the company's 120-year story, and a clear way to schedule a meeting. We also saved eight ready-to-use page sections in their editor, so the team can build the next event page without starting from a blank screen.
Outcome
US Bottlers has a portal that does more for its customers and keeps their files where they belong. Their team can add audit records without calling a developer, and they have building blocks for the next campaign page. It is steady, careful work, the kind that lets a 120-year-old company keep its focus on the machines.
