Holliday Homes

Holliday Homes

A rebuilt builder site with two clear paths, plus pages that sell Holliday in two new communities.

Holliday Homes — Holliday Homes

Holliday Homes builds custom homes around Lake Norman and Davidson, North Carolina. The story began in 2003 with one old house in downtown Davidson, and Bill Worsley launched Holliday Homes in 2019. By early 2026 their pipeline was growing fast, but their existing website was not keeping up. Most leads still came from MLS listings and yard signs. The goal they gave us was simple: get us in the room.

The Strategy

Before we built anything, we wrote down how the site should feel and who it was for. The directive was premium, never pretentious. Holliday's buyers want real quality from people they can relate to, so the site had to read like a team you could trust with your home, not a showroom.

We also saw that Holliday sells two different ways. Some buyers want a home on a lot Holliday already owns, with a plan drawn most of the way and room to make it their own. Others bring their own land and want a fully custom build. Each path needed its own clear route through the site.

The Website

We rebuilt the whole site as a refresh of the one they had, and we wrote the copy, page by page. The homepage puts both paths up front: Available Properties, Our Process, and the portfolio, one click each. Available homes get their own page with lot details and maps. The build process is laid out step by step, and the team gets a page of their own, so buyers meet the people before they ever call. The site is set up so Holliday's own team can keep inventory current as homes come and go.

The Community Pages

Later in 2026, Holliday joined the Builders Guild at The Preserve at Summit Farms. On the community's own page, Holliday sat in a list beside four other builders, with the same logo size and the same short paragraph. We proposed one page that sells Holliday at The Preserve and asks for one thing.

That page now lives on Holliday's site. It presents two plans, Patina Pond and Weathered Wood, with square footage and floor plans, a map of the community, and a single call to action repeated where it earns its place. We built it phone first, because buyers walk the land with a phone in hand.

We also delivered a page for The Estates at Davidson Farms, three homesites of more than two acres each, a few minutes from downtown Davidson. It gives those lots the same treatment: one place to see the land, the setting, and the next step.

Outcome

Holliday Homes now has a website that explains how they build and who they are, with a clear next step on every page. Summit Farms and Davidson Farms set the pattern for whatever comes next: one focused page, one clear ask, and buyers talking to Holliday instead of a list of builders.
